Questions from businesses
Does it cost anything to add a venue?
No. Adding and claiming a venue on Kuşadası City is completely free; there are no paid plans.
My business is in the guide but I did not add it. Why?
Some records come from OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps open data and are shown as “Unclaimed record”. If you own the business, you can claim the record for free and update it yourself.
How do you verify ownership?
By calling the phone number on the record and asking for a code, by sending a link to an email address on the business’s own domain, with a document (tax plate, business licence) or with a code added to your Instagram bio.
When do my changes go live?
New venues, ownership claims, edits and photos are reviewed by our team before they go live, usually within one business day.
Can I have my business removed?
Yes. Ask through the “Report” link on the page or the contact form.
Are there reviews or ratings?
No. Kuşadası City has no user comments or star scores; pages show only verifiable information.
